These Terms apply to HPBX Phone, the HPBX Android app, Webphone, portals, downloads, and related managed calling services provided by HPBX Networks.

Effective date: July 5, 2026 Business calling service Developer: HPBX Networks Account holder: Amitkumar Chauhan Contact: jasecotton373@gmail.com

Authorized use

HPBX is provided for authorized business users and customer accounts. You may use HPBX only if you have permission from HPBX or from the organization that issued your extension, login, or app access.

You are responsible for following your organization policies and all laws that apply to your calls, recordings, customer communications, and use of the service.

Calling service

HPBX provides VoIP calling, extension registration, Webphone access, Android app access, CDR, recordings where enabled, and related support tools. Service quality depends on device settings, internet quality, carrier networks, SIP transport, gateway availability, and third-party providers.

For best reliability, HPBX recommends TCP transport and approved HPBX app or Webphone setup where possible.

Emergency calling limitation

HPBX is a VoIP/business calling service and may not provide traditional emergency calling, location-based emergency routing, or uninterrupted 911/999/112 access. Do not rely on HPBX as your only way to contact emergency services.

Emergency calling may fail during power loss, internet outage, device battery loss, account suspension, number routing problems, software issues, or provider/gateway outage.

Accounts and credentials

  • Keep your username, SIP password, and admin login private.
  • Do not share credentials with unauthorized users.
  • Tell your account administrator or HPBX immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • HPBX may reset passwords, refresh registrations, suspend access, or remove devices to protect the platform.

Acceptable use

You must not use HPBX for illegal, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity. Prohibited use includes spam calling, fraud, robocall abuse, impersonation, harassment, unlawful recording, credential sharing, bot attacks, bypassing security, or attempting to damage the platform.

Call recording and compliance

Some HPBX accounts may have call recording enabled. The customer, business, or account administrator is responsible for notifying callers and obtaining consent where required by law. HPBX provides the technical service but does not decide your legal obligations for call recording.

Service availability

HPBX works to keep calling services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Calls may be affected by internet issues, device permissions, background restrictions, SIP settings, third-party carrier outages, maintenance, security actions, or force majeure events.

Suspension or termination

HPBX may suspend or terminate access if an account is unpaid, expired, misused, unsafe, compromised, or violates these Terms. Authorized business account owners may also request extension deletion, password reset, or service changes.
