Submit a deletion request

HPBX Networks is operated by Novachain Labs Inc. Requests submitted here cover eligible account and app data associated with HPBX services operated by the company.

To request deletion, email HPBX Support using the button below. You can make the request even if you no longer have the Android app installed.

Information to include

To help us find the correct account, include:

• App name: HPBX Phone / HPBX Android App.
• Your extension number or HPBX username.
• Your customer, company, or order name if known.
• The phone number or email address connected with the account, if any.
• Whether you want to delete only app/device data or the full HPBX extension/account where possible.

Data that can be deleted

• HPBX Android app device registration records and push notification tokens.
• Extension login/device records no longer needed for active service.
• Support records that are no longer needed for legal, billing, security, or dispute reasons.
• The HPBX extension/account where deletion is approved by the account owner and service administrator.

Data that may be retained

Some data may be retained where required for legitimate business, security, billing, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal reasons.

• Call detail records are normally retained for up to 30 days.
• Call recordings are normally retained for up to 15 days when recording is enabled.
• Security, abuse-prevention, payment, tax, or legal records may be retained longer when required.
• Data controlled by a customer organization may require that organization's approval before deletion.

Timing

HPBX will review deletion requests as quickly as reasonably possible. We may ask for verification to protect accounts from unauthorized deletion. When deletion is complete, we will confirm by email where possible.
